ANNOUNCEMENT OF OPEN BIDDING
PROCUREMENT OF USED VESSEL
SUPRAMAX TYPE 54.000 – 59.000 DWT
PT. Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna (PT. BAg) invite to Ship Owners or Ship Brokers domestic and International to participate in the procurement above mentioned, with the following condition:
1. Registration & Bid Document Information:
a. Date : 13th – 18th September 2024
b. Time : 08.00 AM – 04.30 PM Hrs (Jakarta Local Time)
2. Aanwijzing meeting or explanation of bid document meeting:
- Date : 18th September 2024
- Time : 10.00 – 12.00 AM (Jakarta Local Time)
3. Submission Bid Document Requirement:
a. Date : 18th – 27th September 2024
b. Time : 08.00 AM – 12.00 AM (Jakarta Local Time)
4. Registration requirement:
a. Participant shall send interest confirmation email to the above procurement by email to pengadaankapal2024@bahteradhiguna.co.id and divpengadaan@gmail.com
b. Procurement team will share Bid Document (RKS) by softcopy to all participant who sent interest confirmation email as soon as possible.
5. Submission requirement:
a. All participants shall attend the Aanwijzing meeting explanation of bid document meeting on the above date.
b. Participant who can not attend the Aanwijzing meeting explanation of bid document meeting will not be eliminated
c. All question from the participant regarding procurement above will be discuss after our explanation.
6. Type of Vessel
Bulk Carrier with capacity 54.000 – 59.000 DWT (SUPRAMAX Type), with delivery year 2010 or younger.
