- Aanwijzing (Pre-Bid Meeting) for Tender Document Clarification:
- Date: March 20, 2024
- Time: 13:30 WIB
- Submission of Bid Documents:
- Date: March 20 – March 27, 2024
- Time: 08:00 – 16:30 WIB
- Registration Requirements:
- Participants must send an email confirming their interest in the procurement to: divpengadaan.bag@gmail.com
- The Procurement Team will distribute the Tender Documents (RKS) in softcopy to all participants who submit an email confirmation of interest as soon as possible.
- Submission Requirements:
- All participants are required to attend the Aanwijzing (pre-bid meeting) for the tender document clarification on the date mentioned above.
- Participants who are unable to attend the Aanwijzing meeting will not be disqualified.
- All questions from participants regarding the procurement will be discussed after our explanation.
- Type of Vessel – Self Propelled Barge (SPB):
Self Propelled Barge (SPB) with a capacity of 12,000 – 13,000 DWT, with a vessel age requirement of 0 (Zero) to 5 (Five) years. - Charter Period:
A total of 3 (Three) SPB units will be chartered for a period of ± 10 (Ten) years.
